Our Farm is characterized by important olive groves that overlook the sea and dominate the hills.

Tons of olives harvested per year

Our olive trees belong to strictly Italian varieties: Leccino, Moraiolo, Pendolino, Frantoio, Maurino, Leccio del Corno.

We harvest our olives by observing the veraison index, which is the evolution of the color and the pulp of the fruit. We start the harvest early, when 50% of the olives are ready, because we care about the quality of the oil more than the quantity.


Flavor and color

Our Leccino and Maurino olives are purplish/black in color with a spicy flavor, while the Pendolino is black in color with a sweet sensation that ends in a slight hint of spiciness and the Frantoio olives are purplish in color. On the contrary, Moraiolo and Leccio del Corno are green/gold and green respectively.
