Our Farm owns important olive groves for the production of Biserno Classico PGI Oil and Prunicce PGI Oil.

Our olive trees belong to strictly Italian varieties: Leccino, Moraiolo, Pendolino, Frantoio, Maurino, Leccio del Corno.
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil that we produce on our Farm is cold extracted. Therefore, the entire production process takes place at a controlled temperature that does not exceed 27 degrees.
Variety
Flavor and color
Biserno Classico Oil, obtained from a blend of the Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo varieties, is delicate and light with an intense yellow colour. Prunicce Oil, obtained from the Leccio del Corno variety, has a concentrated and spicy flavor and is greener in color. Quality is the basis of both varieties.
Usage
Our olive oil is ideal for seafood salads, bruschetta and crostini, but also for flavoring a tomato puree.
