Our Farm owns important olive groves for the production of Biserno Classico PGI Oil and Prunicce PGI Oil. Our olive trees belong to strictly Italian varieties. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil we produce is cold pressed through a process that enhances all the quality of our Tuscan oil.
