Our Farm also produces very high quality grape. Our vineyard is made up of 5 varieties: Vermentino, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Ciliegiolo and Viognier.

Varieties
The Vermentino grape is white and has medium-large bunches, while the Viognier grape is amber yellow with smaller bunches. The other three varieties (Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Ciliegiolo) are black grapes.

Harvest
The harvest is early.
We harvest the grapes at the end of August by hand or by machine depending on the specific needs of our customers.
